Job Qualifications

​We are currently hiring high quality caregivers to join our family. Our caregivers must meet the following qualifications:

​

  • Must have patience, compassion & a sincere desire to help and nurture others

​

  • Must be reliable, punctual and accountable

​

  • Must be coachable and desire to develop professional caregiving skills

​

  • Caregiving experienced preferred, but not required

​

  • Must be at least 18 years old

​

  • Must have a valid TB test result

​

  • Must be willing to obtain a CPR certification 

​

  • Must have a valid drivers license and auto insurance for most assignments

​

  • Must be able read, speak and write in English

​

  •  Must have an internet connected mobile device

​

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted

​

  • Must be competent to provide services according to the individual's plan of care

​​

  • Must successfully attend and complete our new hire onboarding & orientation

​

  • Must pass a national criminal background check with fingerprints

​

  • Must successfully complete PCA training or have sufficient prior experience​
